Stop Drinking Alcohol Hypnosis
Stop drinking alcohol hypnosis is the only way to access the part of the mind that’s controlling your drink habit, your subconscious mind. You may have tried other ways to stop drinking alcohol including reducing the amount of alcohol you drink, cutting out certain types of alcohol, promising yourself that’s it no more alcohol for me but once your subconscious mind decides it’s drink time you will stop at nothing to get that drink of alcohol!
Third-party, fire, and theft
If you’re a friend, relative or any third party for a person that needs help to stop drinking alcohol please take special note of this section.m Of course, all the information on this webpage is my opinion based on my experience of working with people with different levels of alcohol consumption. Perhaps the biggest challenge when working with people that want to stop drinking alcohol is the fact that alcohol is accepted as a normal part of our lives. In general, anyone that drinks alcohol will look down their nose at another person that takes any other recreational drug apart from alcohol. Alcohol is so acceptable in most cultures and it’s this that can create a barrier when using hypnosis to help a person stop drinking alcohol. It’s not uncommon that a third part will contact me for advice because they’re trying to help someone find a solution to their alcohol consumption.
The third party tends to go off on a rant explaining how the person with the alcohol problem has done all manner of things due to drinking alcohol. At the end of the rant, most will say, why can’t they just have a couple of pints like I do at the weekend? So you can see that the third part is saying it’s acceptable to drink the recreational drug alcohol. However, It’s an absolute sin to get to the stage where you have to have a drink of alcohol and can’t stop. Now if I was to say it’s okay to have crack cocaine on a Saturday night or a special occasion the general public would think I was crazy for saying such a thing. So please remember when you’re dealing with the person with an alcohol problem that if you drink alcohol you’re not a million miles away from ending up needing help to stop drinking alcohol.
Stop drinking alcohol hypnosis
So how can a hypnotherapist help someone stop drinking alcohol with hypnosis?
Although I’m a hypnotherapist I’m very proud of the fact that I approach using hypnosis to help someone stop drinking alcohol completely different from most other hypnotherapists. What this means is I understand that a person who is experiencing trouble controlling their alcohol consumption or stopping drinking alcohol is not necessarily an alcoholic. I believe it’s the person’s subconscious mind that’s controlling their drinking habit. It’s not uncommon that I will get asked all kinds of questions about using hypnosis to stop drinking alcohol. The most common question I get asked is, why would therapy with you stop me drinking alcohol when every other form of help and therapy has failed to be effective?
My answer is very simple if any therapist is not dealing with the real issue no amount of any therapy would be effective. Please click here to see a testimonial. Every person that comes to see for stop drinking alcohol hypnosis gets asked the same question. What else have you done to help you stop drinking alcohol before you came here for help? Most clients report that they’ve had umpteen sessions of all manner of different therapies including hypnotherapy. I get the impression that the person that’s informing of all their previous failed attempts at stopping drinking alcohol is somehow going to phase me. Well in most cases it doesn’t because I know that they’ve not had the correct form of therapy that can help them to stop drinking alcohol.
Alcohol addiction hypnosis
Let me be very clear on using hypnosis to stop drinking alcohol. If you are addicted to something you will experience withdrawals from that substance if you stop taking it and I fully understand that. I’m aware that a chronic alcoholic will experience symptoms that will need medical help to control once they stop drinking alcohol. In these cases, I would insist that the client has full medical support before using hypnosis to stop drinking alcohol. If a person is alcohol dependent they may require several sessions to stop drinking alcohol gradually. In the vast majority of cases, a person can use hypnosis to stop drinking alcohol and not need any medical assistance.
Alcohol counselling
One thing is for sure I’m not a counsellor and I don’t need to pry into your past to try to find a solution so you can stop drinking alcohol. The truth is if we had to rely on your conscious mind to find out the reasons as to why you drink alcohol and what the solution is we would get nowhere. What I do is communicate in a special way to your subconscious mind that allows you to make the changes to your drinking habit. Although I’m not a counsellor within any stop drinking hypnosis I use techniques that will help you cope brilliantly with life’s day to day stresses.
Alcohol hypnosis rehab
The one quality that any hypnotherapist worth their salt must have is the ability to stand up to doubters, criticism, and skepticism. On a daily basis, I’m called upon to deal with some of the worst cases of alcohol abuse. This is when all other therapies have failed to help them. My work has helped people with some of the worst cases of alcohol abuse to stop drinking alcohol. I can tell you why this is, it’s because before any stop drinking alcohol hypnosis is given to a client I make sure as best as I can that a client is 100% committed to change. What this means is if a client during the consultation shows they are not committed I will refuse treatment. There is no quicker form of alcohol rehabilitation than accessing the subconscious mind and putting our case for change over to it. From the moment you gain control back of your drinking you will have entered the best alcohol rehab there is, you being in charge, free from the anxiety alcohol brought into your life, in control and not being guided by alcohol anymore.
Do You Want to Stop Drinking Alcohol
I’m often asked, “what will I be like around alcohol after I’ve stopped drinking”?
Well, I can assure you that you will be able to do all the things you enjoy doing like going out with friends, holidays, special occasions etc. The only difference is that you won’t be interested in drinking alcohol like you used to and it won’t concern you who thinks you’re boring for not having a drink of alcohol. It’s worth mentioning that it has absolutely nothing to do with anybody if you drink alcohol or not! It’s not uncommon that clients will inform me after they’ve stopped drinking that all manner of people will crawl from under the woodwork and stop at nothing to attempt to get them back drinking alcohol, some stories I hear make my blood boil! I can understand anybody’s concerns about stopping drinking alcohol because although alcohol is a mind-bending drug it’s an acceptable mind-bending drug. In my opinion, it’s just the same as any other recreational drug. What you didn’t realise alcohol is a recreational drug I can assure you it is, the only difference is it’s legal and acceptable.

Alcohol Hypnosis Testimonials Don’t allow any one to talk you into believing you're weak, your alcohol consumption is being controlled by your subconscious mind and can easily be changed.
Alcohol hypnotherapy
*This client had been talked into believing she was a full blown alcoholic and was carrying this belief around with her self which was making her feel weak and vulnerable. During the consultation we changed her thoughts and I explained that we are dealing with a strong mind not a weak mind.
Hello Michael,
I can’t believe how much better I feel it’s been over three months now since I've had any alcohol what so ever. I know you said it wouldn’t be difficult but I just don’t seem to be interested in drinking any more even when I’m out with friends. It just made sense when you explained what my mind was doing. You were right when you said any urge to drink alcohol would be gone, it’s gone aright, and I’m so glad. It’s taken me this long to contact you because, as you know, I was so skeptical that hypnosis would work.

Reduce alcohol consumption
*I particularly fond of this testimonial because it demonstrates several things about the work that I do. Now this client was quite young and he was a bit concerned about stopping drinking at such a young age (23) so wanted to take another option of reducing the amount and how often he was drinking, when doing this type of work I make everything transparent to the client by explaining it’s actually more of a challenge to reduce alcohol consumption than stop drinking alcohol with hypnotherapy. The interesting thing about this client was how enthusiastic they were about hypnosis and in actual fact all though I never went into stop him drinking alcohol only reduce the amount this testimonial demonstrates how effective real hypnotherapy is.
Morning,
All though I was fully on board when you were explaining to me about hypnosis etc I still wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I new my drinking had defiantly taken over my life but a part of me new I had to stop and another part thought I enjoyed getting drunk. Do you know what’s amazing I know I came to see you about cutting back on my drinking but since our session I have not had a drop of alcohol in eleven weeks, I know I could drink if I really wanted to but I just get a feeling of what is the bloody point. I go running now after work instead of going home via my local, it’s easy really now feel fit and healthy or hung-over, embarrassed and ashamed. My apologies though I came out of your office thinking what a load of nonsense that was. I know I’m different in myself but I don’t think I will ever understand how this can work.

I’m not a liar
*It can be a lonely place being a hypnotherapist, this is because I choose to work in the only correct manner when doing hypnosis, on occasions this has gotten me in a bit of trouble with other so called hypnotherapists, this is because there’s a very noticeable difference in the way they’re doing hypnotherapy and what I’m doing, it’s a bit like they’re saying the world is flat and I’m saying it’s round. I once wrote an article explaining that 65% of my clients had been to other hypnotherapists to get the same changes that they were coming to me for and in fact that around 80% of my clients travel for miles to use my hypnotherapy service. In short my writings attracted complaints from other so called hypnotherapists that said this article is just self promotion filled with lies. Well if you’re just putting nice music on, reading scripts, not testing for hypnosis and not testing that your clients are able to accept the changes they’ve come to see you for then you won’t get people traveling miles to come and see you will you?
A client recently asked why don’t you put more testimonials on your website, well every day I get great feed back from clients via E-mails etc but when you’re very busy seeing clients because that’s what you get, busy, when you can give clients the changes they are looking for I don’t get much spare time to put testimonials on my website. Over the few next weeks I will be putting a back log of testimonials on to my website maybe 40-50 of them, I think you will find them interesting.
Below is part of an E-mail I received from a client who had traveled from the London area to use my hypnotherapy services, this client spent two hours with me and in just this single session we achieved complete success, see what you think.
Hi Michael,
I had decided to wait for a few months to write you a testimonial but I just can't do it, I am so delighted by the results of my session with you that I feel like telling everyone! It has been 2 weeks since I came to see you and for the first time for as long as I can remember - I have no desire or inclination to drink alcohol. I had been to a couple of failed 'stop drinking' courses and came to you not just because I wanted to stop drinking, but because I wanted to get rid of the desire to drink and you have helped me achieve this goal. I wake up each day having slept well (this was a huge issue for be before) with a silly grin on my face because I feel so good! I literally have my life back and can't thank you enough.
